Where to even begin, park the car along the spectactular Road of the Century and enjoy the best food and view of the century.
Why I recommend it
In my opinion, there are two things that makes this place so special. It feels completely unassuming from the road, but once you sit down by the water it becomes one of those places you will remember long after the trip. The second thing is the food, they serve traditional Finnish food, only using local products gathered from the area. So don't be surprised to see moose and lots of mushrooms on the menu.
What to order
Go for whatever fresh local dish they are serving that day, I actually think there is no bad choice here.
Good to know
It is a small roadside café, so make sure to check their opening hours. The location is part of the experience, so don't stop here if you are in a hurry, give yourself time to sit and enjoy the food and the view.
